Have great products for South African shoppers? We welcome enquiries from local manufacturers, wholesalers, distributors and independent suppliers. You do not need your own Shopify store to enquire.

Getting started is simple

1. Introduce your business: Tell us your name, business name, location and what you supply.
2. Share your products: Email a catalogue or product list, with wholesale prices in rand, clear images and available quantities or lead times.
3. We'll review your proposal: We assess suitability, product information, fulfilment and commercial terms, then respond if there is a potential fit.

Common supplier questions

Can small businesses apply?

Yes. Small local suppliers are welcome to enquire. Each proposal is assessed individually.

Can I supply items on lead time?

Tell us your realistic processing and dispatch times, minimum order quantity and how stock is confirmed.

Can Shop It collect orders from your premises?

Potentially. Shop It may arrange collection from suitable suppliers in Midrand and surrounding areas, depending on order readiness, trading hours and transport capacity. Tell us your pickup suburb, collection hours, stock confirmation process and whether orders can be packed ready for collection. A collection arrangement is only confirmed after discussion.

Do suppliers have a login portal?

Not currently. Supplier enquiries are handled through this form or by email. We will explain any additional onboarding requirements if we proceed.

Does an enquiry mean my products are approved?

No. Products are considered only after relevant stock, pricing, quality, image rights and fulfilment details are checked.
